Anyone know of some aspartame-free mints or gum that you like? Or have a recipe for a good diy mint? #asknostr

Any flavor of Simply Gum is good, but beware it is the stickiest substance known to man

As a kid my mom would make peppermint patties out of powdered sugar and peppermint oil and food coloring. Super basic.

If you live in a state with a Trader Joes. Go to the checkout counter and they have organic mints in their own brand that are pretty awesome without any shit in them. Also, I found this website online that sells some alternatives, but I have not tried them yet.

Good luck keeping your breath minty fresh with organic minty goodness. GM

Hard to find something affordable.

I recommend having a little bottle of eucalyptus oil with you instead of chewing gum.

You take a little drop once in a while for refreshing mouth.

I’m waiting for the report that #xylitol is carcinogenic, or something of the sort, but this is the only gum I can chew that doesn’t make my stomach hurt.

It’s really bad for dogs, but that’s all I know about it

I like spry gum. Recommended to fix mouth health, haven’t noticed a difference though :).

This is the gum that I use. The company also makes mints but I haven't tried those.

Thanks!
