Been doing intermittent fasting since middle school. Never ate breakfast. Only found out in the past ten years how good that is for you. Haven’t done the multi-day fast though.

Been doing 18/6 for many years now. Broken on some weekends but zero breakfast or lunch. Very good dinner. Don’t eat after 9pm either.

Lunch at noon, dinner at 6, repeat e’ryday

If you aren’t eating carbs, it’s super easy.

No alcohol for me either. That’s a big one.

Haven’t pulled the trigger on that one, but definitely not a regular occurrence.
