100% incorrect. Your IP number can be tracked, data can be gathered without waiting for a corporation. Nostr could serve as permanent evidence that you're guilty.
Privacy was never considered when Nostr was designed. Quite the opposite. You can't claim you didn't make a post, unless you can prove your nsec was leaked. You are cryptographically tied to your content, and it's all public.

What about if ur using a vpn and tor?
VPN and Tor will help for sure. Some VPNs will cave to legal pressure, so pick a good one. Tor seems to do a good job of obscuring the data path.
I think the easiest way to use nostr privately is with amethyst + orbot running and you can run amethyst over tor. if you can buy a phone or computer with cash and use an anon nym that would help too id imagine.
