Dead hangs do wonders for back stuff. No chiro needed, just a pull up bar.
My 4th child was 10 1/2 lbs delivered naturally š±. I suffered with severe sciatica after delivery which was mostly resolved by my chiropractor and working with a PT, but it was still a 2/10 on the pain scale, so 3 years ago (10 years after giving birth ) I travelled to Houston to get the āRing Dingerā. It completely eliminated my pain and has never returned and I havenāt needed the services of a chiro since.
Iām a big fan of alternative treatments and think everyone should consider them for conditions that are not resolved by traditional medicine.
Anyway, hereās my video which may not be for the faint of heart if you are squeamish š¬ https://video.nostr.build/42dedd7c9a18c5a822fc4861a921740a56d8e7e2d88c62cc6bb5122cb89e0fd6.mp4

Yeah I think that and Pilates have kept me from having any of the back issues that are typical in my profession. No amount of core strengthing or inversion table sessions could correct for squeezing out a 10+ lb baby though.
I had a back issue that motivated me to a friendās accupunturist. (And I hate needles, but the back pain was worse.) The doc fixed it in 2 treatments. That + stretches he recommended - have kept the issue at bay! I have recommended him numerous times - for the success & great demeanor.
Thatās awesome. Iām a huge fan of acupuncture. Had it once for a Mortonās neuroma that a podiatrist wanted to inject with steroids and make me $1200 custom orthotics to treat. Acupuncture got rid of it in less than 48 hours
Just donāt try it for gout with a nutter who thinks it works stock a needle right in the pain area and giving a good wiggle!
Stick a needle. Damn phone
ā¦really? I have one & knew that as it worsens, cortizone or surgery were next. Iād much rather try accupuncuture! Scared, but have faith it could bring relief! tyvm
Couldnāt agree more. I hang every day. 2 ruptured discs years ago, tried everything, nothing has been better than daily hangs. š¤
indeed. I do them a few times a day.
