Recent (well more recent studies) have shown that taking 20g of creatine per day has benefits for the mind. For older people or even for someone a bit younger going through a stressful time or jet lag. To get 20g from eating beef you would need 4-4.5kg of beef (8.8-10lbs). Which is difficult to do in a day. Makes sense to supplement. Even for 10g for muscles and bone benefits.
But for sure 1st step is to make sure diet is on point before adding anything.
You're playing synthetic fiat games with your brain.
There's a reason it exists in certain dosages in your food.
You’re saying anything over what’s in food is a bad thing?
Unless you have some rare (epi)genetic issues it makes no sense to get nutrients from *synthetic concoctions*.
Find the minerals, nutrients, vitamins in your diet.
The money you went to go spend on magic pills, spend on increasing the quality of the ingredients in your diet.
Do you dislike creatine specifically or anything outside a regular diet?
I have some shilajit, I find it to be an interesting product from the earth.
I haven't felt much of a difference taking it, but I haven't dosed with any regularity yet.
