Diet is more important than supplements. But supplements are great for over all health and specific goals. Creatine monohydrate is one of the most studied supplements on earth. Everyone, regardless of diet, would benefit to a degree taking it

Yes, in many YouTube videos that I’ve watched over the years on creating, they have the pubmed studies linked.
You’re free to take or not take what you want, but blanket statements like that make no sense. Creatine has relatively zero downsides.
The answer to my question would be "no, I haven't looked at the studies - only YouTube videos which link 'X study'".
