Best cold storage for beginner?

You know my recommendations. I would be interested to see what other people suggest.
I started with trezor T. It is pretty good from a prepared amateur perspective, plenty of youtube videos.
I chose it because I could enter my words on the device not a compute or phone
I am now using a Blockstream jade. Still have the trezor. Also can enter words on the device.
Some may object to the Bluetooth capabilities.
Trezor you can install Bitcoin only firmware if you are truly done with shitcoins but it does support others.

I really need to order my Coldcard, I feel that it is the most recommended, there are some tutorials online, seems simple enough to setup. I can’t vouch for how beginner friendly it is. I am also curious as to what others recommend.

Ledger or Trezor are reasonable beginner options
Ledger nano s plus has the best ratio price/quality
another cheap option could be an airgapped (not connected to internet) android phone with bitcoin wallet app
I have an old android phone I could use for this. Know any tutorials or wallets to use for this option?
Wipe data/factory phone (via recovery mode)
Install F-droid if you want to avoid setting up google drive
Download/Install wallet software
Put airplane mode and remove saved wifi password
Create crypto wallet
Backup seed wallet
From now on you MUST avoid connecting it to the internet (if you do, your security may be compromised)

I’m pretty sure I saw an app or something that used qrcode or bluetooth to pass signed messaged from cold wallet phone to normal phone
In this case the private key on cold phone sign the message, then the message is forwarded to “normal” phone and then to internet
