Oh yeah. 😎

I know this is not a popular opinion, but as a fellow coffee lover and especially a sweet flavored coffee lover. This is not a road you want to go down for long periods of time. It is the express route to diabetes.

Haha thank you for the warning! I don’t drink coffee a whole lot, but it’s good to know how this could end up if I overdo it

Fake news you're not going to get diabetes from maple syrup.

I figure I’ll be alright if I continue to drink coffee in moderation and avoid seed oils.

Drinking drip coffee you need to moderate tons of caffeine.

Espresso hard to overdo.

Diabetes comes from being unhealthy and overweight not maple syrup in your coffee 😂

Depends on how much maple syrup you consume and how regularly you consume it.

If you drink 3 large cups of coffee a day and use a generous amount of maple syrup for each cup. Over a long time this will cause your body adverse health side effects such ass.

Getting a fat ass

Getting gout flare-ups

Getting diabetes.

That makes sense if one were to overdo it. I have one small cup of coffee every other day and I exercise regularly, so I’m not worried.

You also should never heat up honey so this is a win.

Eat your honey raw with other foods or iced coffee.

Ah I never thought about it like that. I enjoy honey on toast and as a preworkout.

This is the way 🤌
