I just spent 5 minutes trying to quote and comment on a long form post in multiple clients but gave up.

Long form on nostr holds so much promise and is still so completely broken. It's my wish for 2026 that this gets better.

I appreciate that you're trying to help, and this is not directed at you. But this is precisely the problem. Who gives a f*ck about which NIP I'm “using”?

Imagine asking someone broken down on the side of the road if their engine is compliant with International Standards Organization ISO/TC 22.
