I really do like a beer and a nice wine on the weekends and my Apple Watch asides from having to charge is quite useful. Ever thing else can GFY

After college my alcohol consumption lowered tremendously and I would maybe drink a handful of times each year. Not a huge fan of Huberman anymore but ever since I listened to this podcast I haven’t had even a sip of alcohol. It’s been almost 3 years.

Pretty much haha. I personally wouldn’t recomend strapping technology to your body. I’m the kind of person that turns WiFi off at night and unplugs everything in the bedroom before going to sleep. My phone goes in a faraday cage too.

Whoa there buddy. Leg press machines rock. I used to leg press 1,000lbs when I was a body builder in my youth. Sure I had a gym accident that caused my kneecap to turn purple and shift out of place, but damnit it was worth it!

Hahahaha this is why bodybuilders generally don’t have longevity 😂 I also used to be a bodybuilder in the bikini division!
