"This person is evil/crazy/retarded/etc, don't listen to them!" in an automated way is still just more speech. If you don't agree with it, don't listen to it. When the architecture of the protocol (rather than applications built using it) prevents speech, I'll be right there beside you fighting.

If Microsoft gives the thumbs down to your note, Rabble's bot sends out an automated complaint. Like an automated DRM takedown, but with no teeth.
Some relays will delete notes based on complaints, but other than his own relay i dont think anyone paid attention to the bot.
I think he's taken it down for now, he wants paid staff to supervise it but hasn't found the right investor.
