I notice this with jiu-jitsu. About half the time I have to drag myself to go and every time I leave I feel like I’m on a drug, couldn’t imagine living without it.

I go on a 30 minute walk every morning, it’s amazing!
Been lifting my entire life, the days wear you have to drag your ass in the gym.. usually end up being your best training sessions by the time you’re done.

Heavier weights, smaller sets, but an extra set. I still can’t believe how enjoyable it becomes then and not just a chore.
