Outlook has this annoying new feature that emails you when someone reacts to your email. 😡 If you have to spam me to tell me I have a reaction, maybe 1) reactions on emails are dumb or 2) you need display reactions better.

Really? This may be configurable… I see the reactions but have never received an email from them. Or maybe that only happens if it’s outside your org?
In any case… Outlook is hell.

That's really annoying. Maybe I'm a boomer, but I already can't stand when people put emojis in their emails. Leave it for social media and text.

Les règles de Communication écrite et orale ça prend malheureusement on l'intègre rarement dans les cursus, depuis elles ont évoluées depuis qu'on utilise les ordinateurs en entreprises. C'est très complexes à intégrer les subtilités de la communication entre l'implicite, l'explicite, le mot des mots sans oublier à qui on s'adresse et dans quel cadre sans oublier l'impact sur la personne, le moment, l'état de l'autre qu'on ne voit et qui reçoit notre mail, son contenu, l'objet.
