Basically just find a 20th century institution that’s in decay and short it while longing its replacement.
Linear model vs Exponential model playing out in front of our eyes .
Remember: there’s a cohort of people taking the other side of those trades. You will be freer, happier, healthier, and wealthier than them.
But you have to put in the work.
