What’s the next big breakthrough for the nostr protocol? What are you betting on or rooting for?

Communities 👀
yep. I think a client that helps enable people within little niche communities to connect and interact more and is able to generate a bit of a feedback loop around this where it becomes genuinely valuable to those within a community will be big.
I still want to see fb shitty community groups/pages/gulags replaced
And the nostr:npub1xes0g326c70yqs4x0gla625hh26rnd76prjhqc7z4w6f3ta6zu0sr2tm8h podcast of course lol
Better nsec protection / wider interoperability for Nostr as an identity signing system:
More robust, less brittle web of trust. I'm rooting for myself to fix my own WoT.
Vibe coding every imaginable thing into existence. Making internet fun again
I'm going to pretend that I know what that even means. 😆
Vibe coding is the term we’re using for coding through prompting or with assistive LLM tools. They basically give everyone even non-devs superpowers and we can build anything and everything super fast.
markdown support
Mardown support already exists on Nostr. See kind 30023 for long-form notes with markdown support. Kind 1 is not intended to support markdown. It is intended to be as simple as possible, since it is the most basic note kind. This is to keep kind 1 easy to implement by a wide variety of clients.
Key rotation 🙏
nostr:npub1ye5ptcxfyyxl5vjvdjar2ua3f0hynkjzpx552mu5snj3qmx5pzjscpknpr didn't you have an answer about why key rotation isn't a thing on Nostr? I seem to recall you mentioning it when you were on Bitcoin Audible with nostr:npub1h8nk2346qezka5cpm8jjh3yl5j88pf4ly2ptu7s6uu55wcfqy0wq36rpev.
I think FROST multisig is probably the future of Nostr signing.
Smoother onboarding and compostable apps/actions at the protocol level
Total DNS rework and decentralization.
