Meditation and prayer, calm your mind, open your heart and just talk to God.
First, sincerely ask forgiveness, as we all stumble, and then submit yourself to God's will. π€
Consider becoming part of a bigger community which reflects your beliefs, go fast alone, go far together π€π
Finding consistent, regular time to set aside for prayer is also really helpful. It is as much about quieting oneself to be able to listen as it is speaking about what's on the mind and heart, though it is that, too. I highly recommend a chapter of the Gospel of Mark per day with a simple expression of desire to get to know Jesus as he is, without substituting our own prejudices or letting our pain stoke our anxieties.

I love my Catholic brothers and acknowledge this path for them but Iβve spent more time in Mass than many confirmed Catholics and I personally did not hear the voice of God there
