freeze dry them. eggs can last up to 20 years this way.
it requires an extra appliance, and it takes time..but freeze drying is very low time preference behavior.
if you do this, make sure you label them with the date/method of preservation.

I like to pickle eggs
if you have clean eggs that have NOT been washed (they need the natural bloom) Waterglass them in a pickling lime water solution.. you can store them for next fall/winter.
