Sincere recommendation: I zap with Minibits wallet.
It's custodial like most wallets people use for zaps but at least you can't be tracked. Single click zap. IMO best zap wallet out there.

Works well but It’s not clear if your account in backed up by the seed phrase though on minibits, as they warn you that the loss of the device means the loss of the funds.
