Does Nicotine withdrawal gives headaches??
Discussion
Big time. I had to increase my coffee intake while quitting to combat that
Fuck....my head is like going to explode....and I was not drinking coffee because of diarrhea....🤣🤣🤣🤣
I may having a system meltdown 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Noooooooo that’s a really tough combo 😂😭 how many days has it been? (That you’ve been off nicotine?)
I started 3 days ago, but yesterday I had to have one. Now I am paying for my sin..... 🙄🙄
😂 it happens. Quitting was the hardest thing I’ve ever done so I understand 🫂 hope you can hang in there, it gets sooo much better
I was a bad bad girl.... temptation is wild with Nicotine....and it stinks....🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
It sucks soooo hard
Its not my first time.... And I smoke for maybe 30y.....? It's a lot of years smoking.
I am noticing when I crave it.... It's specific times of day.
Yeah that was me too although it was more like 15 years for me, but it was always
-when I first woke up
-after any meal
-when driving
Me is the strongest at this hour, that coincides with the time I leave office....and after breakfast and after lunch time..😒😭🙄😂
Ughhh 😭 hope it’s over soon
Thank you ! 😊 The pain is really strong, I am not a person of complaint, but it's hitting hard.
Changing subject......
How is the baby adventure going ? 😍🤗😍🎉
Still coming off of one last medication and then onto prenatals and officially trying and quitting weed
depends on the organism
How come? It was nicotine and coffee.....
At first, the body is hungry. It may react differently. Anger, sadness, headaches.
No anger and no sadness....
That's good. You have to wait it out and it will pass.
Yes it can in my experience
I tried to quit a few times because I knew I 'should'. I would go back after a few days or weeks.
I quit for good when I got mad at myself mid smoke. This time it was easy because my mind was made up. This was 13 years ago
You can do it
It has been my experience....last attempt was in 2019, I went back after 6months....🙄🙄🙄
no but caffeine kinda does
And caffeine.
Nah
After 3 days you've mostly kicked the physical withdrawals.
Then you're just battling with your mind as it finds ways to justify why smoking (just one more) is a good idea. This betrayal of the mind is not insignificant & it feels harder than the physical cravings.
I'd suggest putting your body through some endorphin creating pain to get you through those periods. Do some sit-ups, pull-ups or push-ups (lots of ups). It tells your body (specifically your mind) that you are in control & that you know what's best for it's long term survival. The hardest part of not smoking is that inaction (not doing) so you may find it helpful to add some action in.
Caffeine withdrawals definitely bring on headaches.
