Nah I hate milk and cheddar in general. I have no idea even where to get raw milk in my area.

Hating milk will definitely make it tough to consume 1-4 quarts per day.

Actually it’s not that bad. I just get eat a lot of beef. I love it.

We have reached this point, sadly

I remember hearing this story when it first played out. I get my raw milk from another farm in that area.

Haven’t listened to this episode yet but it’s next on my list.

You know it must be good when the goverment doesn’t like it

Best way to live is to do the opposite of government “recommendations”

Milk is useless for grownups. After teenage years people loose enzymes to handle lactose so drinking milk if you’re between 20 and 60 years old is completely useless. Older people after 60 have some benefits but not because of calcium as many think since milk is not so good calcium source as many think

Yeh I also kind of agree with this. Milk is designed for baby cows/bulls. Seems kind of counterintuitive for human consumption.

But saying that my grandpa is a dairy farmer he’s 91 years old and still wakes up every morning to milk the cows.

He drinks a lot of milk, he says it’s helps his bones stay strong. But I believe he just drinks pasteurised milk.

Didn’t the Mongols conquer much of the world on a milk-heavy diet?

Have no idea about milk but I know they were heavy on raw meat

Lactose intolerance doesn’t appear to be the same when people consume raw milk, especially if it’s A2A2 raw milk.

FWIW, I’ve averaged a quart of raw milk per day for 2 years now and have also had as much as a gallon per day for a couple weeks at a time, on a few occasions.

Zero negative affects. And I’m well over aged 20.

Not saying there are negative effects just saying there are no positive effects. And lactose intolerance is something else, grownups just don’t have enzymes to get useful stuff from lactose so it just goes thought you

It’s worth trying raw if you never have before. I feel much different after consuming compared to pasteurized. It also has a different taste.

I prefer my milk un-cooked.
