I've read her book. The reason it's in print and not in court for liability is that you have to investigate someone's sources to prove they are liable. The court cases have been sealed due to national security.
Lots and lots of celebrity and politicians named and none have tried to silence the book.

I wish I could believe that was possible, but as Mark Twain said "Suppose you were an idiot, and suppose you were a member of Congress; but I repeat myself." He said that over 100 years ago. Since then it's only gotten worse. Zero improvement in a century. How many elections during that time? How many clowns elected/appointed to posisions of power? Earth Science was NASAs code for spending billions on the fake climate agenda. Duffy is saying NASA should focus on things outside our atmosphere and not spend its resources on green deal scams.
