i do enjoy multitap zap, press back as well, but i got nwc now, which is a true one tap, jus sayin
Cool, but imo to complicated for no coiners or folks just joining who just want things to work.
Most leave when realizing it takes over an hour or reading, learning, and doing to get set up and going on nostr.
New socials should be intuitive. Basic. Easy.
Not a learning curve.
And this does happen, it just opens WoS to do it.
And honestly I don't mind seeing how many bullets are in my zap gun clip after each shot. 🤷🤣
Ya, with NWC you just tap the zap and it's done. No need to exit the client and open the wallet. NWC is the most efficient zap mechanism.
I don't have a use for spamming zaps. Lol
Me neither. I just tap the lightning bolt of the person I want to zap, and it sends. I'm not sending frivolous zaps.
Must be nice to not have to see if you can zap or not. 🤣
you can set sats limits on the nwc

WoS opening for each zap is best for me. Lol.

New folks just want things to work joining a new social.

There's nothing wrong with your method. My only point is that NWC is more efficient because fewer steps are required.
There's no question I have enough sats to zap. I linked my Lightning node directly to Amethyst via NWC so I'm pulling straight from the source!
Make a guide for running a node in layman's terms for the non tech savvy so a node can be in every home.
Both Alby and Rizful are very easy, taking only a minute or two to start the node. And the documentation walks new users through the process from start to finish. And both are web-based, requiring no hardware or configuration.
87% of the globe is mobile.
I launched my node entirely from my phone.
Rizful is on my list to look into, just haven't made it that far down.
You can read over their documentation which is comprehensive before taking the plunge. Rizful was designed to be an educational platform so they did a good job of explaining everything in their documents.
