I don't run.
I have guns for that. π
Gotta start brother, it's all about longevity & healthy aging.
I don't need to run for that. I walk and hike. Running is not in the cards for my future and honestly. I am really beat up in some ways and running is not really anything I can do now workout breaking. Maybe down the line, but not in the foreseeable future.
Slow jog, even if it's at a snail pace.
Power walk with intervals.
Swimming.
Cycling.
Anything to maintain VO2max.
Nope. Not now, not yet.
I'm gonna die "early" anyway so I don't need to go crazy with this stuff. π
Healthy aging is about the here and now, feeling better living better.
Living longer is just a side effect of the former.
My first priority is to not be fat. I'm getting there.
Second priority is gut health. That will be addressed after I reach my first goal.
Third priority is to be able to eat anything (that isn't laced with aborted fetus cells, sugar, and seed oils). I know I'm not always going to be able to get good beef, so, I'll need to be able to eat anything without it being horrible for me.
I'm pretty much certain to have a heart attack or cancer one of these days.

I haven't confirmed that yet, but... There's a pretty good bit of anecdotal evidence.
Everything processed. Possibly even going into animal feed, so... Unless you're growing your own or you buy from those that aren't buying stuff from the feed lot, you're pretty boned.
