I'd take the "bias" question even further:
bias is not just personality, it's life.
Every living organism must have biases to navigate everything in a world where there are so many threats that random choices (aka «everything is equal»/«the truth is somewhere in the middle»).
You can't survive enough to reproduce if you don't have biases that inform your behavior.

Being a former apologist and theologian I recognized the unbiased tactic right away from your podcast. One of the most powerful weapons an ideology can produce is to convince you that your opinion is biased (therefore invalid) and that my position is unbiased (therefore valid). You can silence all dissenters in the name of being “unbiased”.
This is a great way to illustrate the inherent absurdity of it. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
