I had to keep reminding myself that everyone is safe because so much of it looks like a horrible bomb hit or something and has such an eerie vibe
Wow, looks just like it did right after the fires. That’s really sad.
A lot of the lots have been cleared, but it’s still pretty bad
I use to spend a lot of time there when I was younger. Always dreamed of owning a home on the beach. These days, I’m not so sure about that anymore.
It depends how you look at it. A lot of lots for sale and interesting real estate opportunities now. Because it still is an amazing place to live, but it definitely has its unique risks
The risk is too high for me I feel. Plus insurance on it would be nuts once you rebuild. It was always a pleasant escape from the craziness of Hollywood or the valley.

It just feels like the USA is quite literally falling apart. 😣 it makes me sad. From fires, to flash floods, to hurricanes. I know Texas just got hit by a massive flash flood, and places are still recovering from the hurricane last year as well.
I think so too especially living in LA. It’s something new everyday
