I asked my wife who is smarter than me and she said 👍.
There have been several studies that have demonstrated the risks of cancer, infections, and cardiovascular diseases increase when 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels are low. However, correlation doesn’t automatically equal causation. I can’t recall any convincing studies demonstrating a reduction in these risks with supplementation alone. To me that just means people are at greater risk of getting ill if they have unlucky genetics, inactive lifestyles, and shitty diets. 🤷♂️. Rocket science I know.
Personally, I’ve never prevented a celestial transfer with Vitamin D. Have maybe prevented a handful with IV MgSO4, but there were other issues at play. 😂
