A short while ago, I decided to run BTCPay Server, Cloudflare tunnels, and some other pretty routine tasks on my nostr:nprofile1qyt8wue69uhh2mtzwfjkctnvda3kzmp6xsurgwqpzpmhxw309a6k6cnjv4kr5dpcxsuqqg829c7gzngg5du03fdcltkt9zzdqkz4jaw9ef94cf0z6munv2r0zsg8cnv5 device. Boy, what a fucking mistake that was. Today, I updated my Umbrel from 1.3 to 1.4, and it completely fucked up everything. If you have an Umbrel device, treat it like a toy, not a serious business tool. It will completely ruin your fucking life.

I had a couple of early problems

problems when I first installed the fully loaded Start One unit I bought (with bitcoin!) in Nashville last year...

Start9 support was great, and it turned out that it was a local hardware problem OUTSIDE the unit (a flaky Ethernet cable)...

My Start One has been running like a champ since then. 🙏🏻🫂💖👍😁

That was the exact problem. I had a few months after I bought mine a year and a half ago!

What should I look for when buying an Ethernet cable to avoid a similar issue?
