1. NIP-54 is still broken, and as we're discussing, you still can't use nostr on Tor Browser at maximum security settings - it's obvious this is a deep state project. This morning while we've been talking I updated my wiki article about nostr to pretty well reflect why I use it in spite of this. My line of thinking is basically: the deep state could lose control eventually because keypairs are actually useful.
2. I don't get what you mean about making their job harder. If Mossad wants to get involved in nostr, they might find Tor and Monero useful.
3. Encryption isn't a government-affiliated creation. The internet is, and it sucks. The popular AR-style rifle is for people who think "armor piercing rifle" and "thin kevlar piercing rifle" are the same thing.
