I've been debating with myself about going to the next unconf. I almost talked myself into Riga, but chickened out. Was way too out of place to even consider any previous.

I don't travel often, and I don't think of myself as providing value around here enough that my presence would be of any real benefit to anyone. It would be a lot of fun, though, to meet some people, experience a new place, maybe volunteer, if needed.

By the time another rolls around, it will have been well over 2 years that I've been participating in this grand restructuring. I'm not sure if that would make it more or less weird if I went. I don't actually know anybody who'd likely be there, but everyone I've interacted with has been amicable up to this point.

I'm just thinking aloud. There's a lot of unknowns yet that might make the decision for me. I just need to clear out my mind. This is the week to do it, for whatever reason. Seem to be at max capacity 🫠
