I found when making the taper down that Mud/Wtr (you can look their recipe up online and make it yourself for 1/5 the cost in bulk) was a way to do so without the headaches. Also, creatine does wonders for wakefulness without needing an actual stimulant.

I will check out the mud/wtr recipe for sure! The last time I tried creatine I had a lot of weird side effects, it seemed it increased my water retention A LOT and instead of becoming ripped I just became increasingly round 😭

Oh it does absolutely increase water retention. Which actually is good for muscle building, but it can be discouraging for scale watching. It does level off after a few days though.
