Good morning 🌞

The other day I made the conscious decision not to buy more coffee because I want to stop habitually drinking caffeine.

It seemed like a great idea until this morning when my coffee has officially run out and I need to actually go without coffee 😭

The biggest impacts on dreaming is the sedatives like marijuana and alcohol but I've cut those out for quite some time now. So next on the habit chopping is caffeine and nicotine. I'm trying to develop superpowers! 🦸

You should practice the mental defense techniques they allude to in Inception. If NHI are real and can cause people to have vivid dreams like Joe Rogan talked about last week, it might be a good skill to have. Same line of thinking as the NSA guy that talked about building up psychological defense mechanisms to help him do tasks in black projects. 😂 #conspiracy-str

I found when making the taper down that Mud/Wtr (you can look their recipe up online and make it yourself for 1/5 the cost in bulk) was a way to do so without the headaches. Also, creatine does wonders for wakefulness without needing an actual stimulant.

I will check out the mud/wtr recipe for sure! The last time I tried creatine I had a lot of weird side effects, it seemed it increased my water retention A LOT and instead of becoming ripped I just became increasingly round 😭

Oh it does absolutely increase water retention. Which actually is good for muscle building, but it can be discouraging for scale watching. It does level off after a few days though.

I gave up caffeine for a couple months this spring. It only sucked for 5 or so days, you can do this 🫡
