This is what I want to do too. My plan is to livestream as I orange pill my locals to Bitcoin and NOSTR and also the massage I do. Busy setting up the online infrastructure to do so.

Lightning isn't "cold hard" Bitcoin. It's L2 and if you are using something like Wallet of Satoshi you can luse them in the snap of a finger.
