Yo Bitcoin carnivores, how are you getting enough protein? The math isn’t matching for me. You put some lean chicken in there too alongside those steaks or what?
Discussion
eggs, raw milk, salmon, chicken
I wish I had access to raw milk. We don’t have any around me.
raw milk is fantastic. just turns so quick tho
Make kefir with it. Couldn't be easier, far easier than yogurt & has loads more probiotics 👍
Recently came across this farm that ships depending on where you live. No clue if its good i have not tried it yet.
Huh? A 1lbs ribeye has over 100 grams of protein.
Usually it’s more like 80. So two a day is 160 which is putting most large dudes short by 40-80
Steak. Raw milk. Eggs. Jerky. More jerky.
I’d say it’s well enough.
Rabbit
Deer 🦌
Quality yogurt. Siggis (plain) = 76gs of protein, 400 Calories per container (4 servings). One of the highest ratios I've come across.
For all carnivore gang out there 🥩

Dang, needs to be higher quality to save and zoom. But I had a nice beef barbacoa tacos tonight. 🥩 ftw!
most individuals only need fat unless you are body building
protein excess is converted to sugar and fat or excreted via your kidneys
do not worry about protein intake you get more than enough. optimize for fat intake
Unstrained full of minerals and og probiotics A2 Bulgarian yogurt
Bulgarian yogurt is the real deal!
Lactobacillus bulgaricus was one our main exports and it grew naturally only in Bulgaria.
Protein powder my guy. But not on its own.
Breakfast is:
Greek yogurt
Cottage Cheese
Frozen berries
Heaping scoop or 2 of Chocolate Protein Powder
Then another scoop of Protein powder when I work out.
Ba zing.
add bone broth, eggs, sardines
Raw egg yolks
Basically subbing in protein rich alternatives to things.
Dessert? Plain Greek yogurt with something sweet (blue berries)
For certain baked goods, like baked oatmeal, you can sub in protein powder sometimes.
Milk + protein powder.
Eggs for days.
I supplement with unflavored, one ingredient, grass-fed whey protein isolate
chicken? ewww
Lots of eggs and egg whites, whey isolate, chicken, tuna, and beef.
Had some rack of lamb and pork chop tonight , got some hamburger and chicken and ribs in the freezer all from Costco!
Supplementation. Several studies show adults simply do not get enough protein and are deficient — which causes immunity issues, muscle loss, low bone density, weight gain, hair loss, etc the list goes on.
People in here using whey protein as a meal replacement is ridiculous, it's so bad for your kidneys to be using that shit everyday.
Not a carnivore specifically but Egg’s. Lots and lots of Eggs. Hardboilded, made into pasta, slonked, fried. Helps to use lots of red-hot or other spices if you get bored of the regular plain egg flavor. Chickens are the best pets minus the poops. They eat all the bugs and they’re very entertaining.
Pork & chicken all the way
Started carnivore-ish diet on monday. I eat 1lb steak for dinner and eggs + grass fed beef patty for lunch. I really am not trying to lose weight but i dont think im eating enough lol
80% fat
15% protein
5% (minimized as much as possible) carbohydrate
I stopped tracking macros after feeling better and getting results on carnivore. I assume you’re lifting if you’re worried about protein intake. You’ll gradually increase the amount of beef and eggs you can eat in a day as you adapt to the diet. For me tracking how I feel during the day and during workouts and relating that to how much I’m eating is better than chasing macros.
