Ironically thatβs probably a result of when we were still paper charting. Rounding on tons of patients, or a full clinic and having to hand-write notes and orders on dozens of charts.
My handwriting is like a 4/10 legibility π€£
My handwriting is so bad I should repeat first grade. That's why I'm a good doctor. π
