This is one of my biggest concerns with Trump — I don’t trust him on the economy at all.
What’s to stop him and the people in his orbit from manufacturing and pumping nonstop shitcoin scams, and when it all collapses we end up with a situation that brings down the entire global market and makes all of the crashes over the past century look like nothing?

Of course if you self custody bitcoin and are all in then you’re ’safe’ (as safe as whatever that means). But still, agree, a lot of Liberty issues not to let Trump off the hook for. The only thing that can stop bad ideas is their consequences playing out. We had rampant speculation in pink sheets, and the only thing that caused anyone to take pause about their stupidity is the specific way that they were allowes to play put. I would much rather have targeted regulation about the SPECIFIC HEURISTICS surrounding shitcoin stupidity than general regulatory cuffs that affect legitimate activity like bitcoin.
