El diario estadounidense The Washington Post ha publicado una revelación clave que subraya la coordinación entre la oposición y funcionarios en Washington, afirmando que Estados Unidos revisó documentos internos del equipo de María Corina Machado y concluyó que están "más preparados de lo que se creía" para una eventual salida del régimen venezolano.

La información más sensible proviene de un análisis interno del equipo de Machado sobre la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana (FANB). Según este documento, solo sería necesaria una "purga limitada" de los altos mandos del régimen.
