Gonna be a weird mixture of food tomorrow because I was also planning on making katsu because I've been craving that for a while. So katsu with crème brulee for dessert.
So the best crème brûlée I’ve had in my life is the orange crème brûlée my brother in law makes sometimes.
So here’s a crazy thought … what about doing a yuzu crème brûlée? It could be so good… and yuzu makes it pseudo Japanese? Maybe?
