So now, I will share what happened to me. I was driving on the freeway and I set my car on cruise control at 73 miles per hour.

So I’m cruising along and as soon as I approached a construction zone my car all of a sudden slows all the way down to *60* miles per hour!! And when I tried to raise the cruise control back up to 73 it wouldn’t let me!!

I was stuck exactly on 60 miles per hour. I had to apply the brakes to override and shut off the cruise control. I couldn’t believe it. This is a major overreach in my opinion.

I thought it may have been an error. But no it’s deliberate.

So whenever I approach any construction zone my car’s speed automatically adjusts down to the construction zone speed limit.

They must have some kind of special sensor in the signs or lights or something. I don’t know how they do it.

I just know it’s *DYSTOPIAN AF*
