primal has a concept called "network" - it is all the people you follow + all the people they follow
it's a pretty great starting point for curating your nostr feed - would be a solid default view for a mainstream client imo
assume this isn't available yet on android app. can't seem to find it.

Should be! Any feed that you configure in the Primal web app will also be available in the list of feeds in the Primal Android app. Try it.
How do I configure a feed to see posts and replies? I don't see it.
