It's just the normal network routing fees on transactions under 100k sats, and an additional 10 sats for every 100k on spend transactions.

Likes like they are KYC only for US users unfortunately 😔

It's similar to Strike. You have to take Pic of your ID. But I've been using Speed for a while now and I never completed the KYC thing. It hasn't interfered with my use so I'm not sure what's point 🤷‍♂️ Maybe it only comes into play if you try selling your coins through their marketplace.
