Klokov is a strict behind the neck should press with bar

Military is a Seated Dumbell shoulder press…:

Advanced lifting programs always sound really technical with fancy words… whereas they’re quite conventional in build

If u want a lifting program for the week happy to shoot u something more atuned to your needs

Yeah see I don’t have any of these items to do this.

I would do some squats, and I have hand held weights.

And a Pilates/yoga roller, so prefer to do more floor exercises.

Happy to send you sats for something more low key and that doesn’t include running please 🙏😂

Btw I do have a multi level home which means I have 3 flights of internal stairs for each level so could incorporate that into a program….but no running up and down them! 😂

Hand weights are 2kgs each…😜 just starting small

I’m not big on running up stairs either as the knees take to much pounding

Unless one of my athletes directly needs that… there is 100 other better exercises
