I bought NordVPN direct with LN - quick and easy. I have bitrefill, but haven't used it for a voucher yet - thinking of buying esim from there when I travel abroad. Let's hope LN payment methods become more and more so we don't have to have fiat at all.

It's like an insurance. Whatever happens, wherever you end up, you'll always have your silent.link esim with you and some Bitcoin to charge it from anywhere.
I have been using it a couple of times. It's so practical, it just works when you need it and wait and keep your credit and esim active when you don't use it. And I don't have to try guessing what wilél be my usage to buy the optimum package size, I might endnup spending a few hundred sats more here and there but it's worth for not having to worry about it.
