A social credit score isn’t inherently evil but the centralization of the system is. In a libertarian world, it would look like a word of mouth reputation score. It’s very similar to a rating system on yelp or Google. Centralization is most often the problem.
Even the best sheep get slaughtered in such a system. And what is the definition of "best" in a dysgenics system?

I’m not part of their world
Times are tough. Only way to raise your social credit score these days is to preform a drag show for preschoolers. Back in my day you could simply donate to a charity or volunteer at a soup kitchen.
I feel like my taxes just pay them to do this to me though, we are literally paying them to tighten the grip.
