It all depends on what love means in the question.

I'm not really seeing it limited by the romantic aspect, sur the opposite actually.

And I would tend to think that where there's no love lies void.

You can’t love someone fully until you love yourself. Most conform to love conditionally. Just my personal take as everyone’s tolerance and conditioning is different.
