When I first successfully finished a novel for NaNoWriMo I was so proud and edited it many times thinking I'd try to publish... Until I saw an old TV show called Sliders that was literally point for point my novel even down to the main character names. I must have watched it as a little kid and forgotten it completely and thought I was original 😭

when i was a teenager i was really into making games. i wanted to make a game with a really good storyline so started writing out a story.
it was a story about a paladin with a silly name finding his faith and love for life.
well, life happed and i never made the game, but i slowly developed the storyline over the years, my interest coming and going. my gf (now Wife) and sister had me add a love interest, so i developed a kind of tragic romance.
of course nothing ever came of it, but i figured i'd share that with you lol

there's really no reason not to.
i'd have to dig it up, compile it, fill it in, and definitely edit it.
and i hate editing lol
