Tempering chocolate is no joke - especially when you’re hand-dipping around 100 little pieces. I’m no chocolatier, and I’m not aiming for perfection, but I am doing my best. Honestly, I’m pretty happy with the results. Here’s my proof of work for today 🤞🏼
