This is cringe bc it’s health related at the beginning of a new year, but:

Your health should allow you to go off routine once in a while bc life demands it but bounce back shortly afterwards. Resilience is the pinnacle of health. This will be different for everyone.

Your ancestors probably drank into the night and still went out to erect, till, hunt, farm, sully redcoats, etc. at daybreak. Point is you have such substance within you to develop for you to ride through life. The finer points, I think, are figuring out your weaker points, improving those and managing them in the course of upsets.

I think there are parallels here with software and other things where road construction, maintenance AND planning can be achieved in a centralized manner. If they’re considered infrastructure and what they need to facilitate (commerce, transportation), then a decentralized nature is relevant for the best solution. Very similar, in my opinion, to what caused Lightning to come about. But this decentralized nature was already happening with free men. Weird.

How much? Start with as much as you can. Punctuate your days with changes in sunlight spectrum (UVAs) and make your nights dark.

When exercising outside, don’t let snow and cold stop you from getting a good session in. Get a hat, gloves, warm shoes and go to town.

Use any number of combos from below (I draw from this list frequently) and do for reps, time, whatever works.

Example- for 20minutes do 5 pull-ups, 10 pushups, 15 squats. Rest as needed.

My favorite after traveling is pull-ups and lunges.

It’s December. You should seek the cold rather than avoid it totally. Start simple with face in cold water and gradually up the full body water exposure.

Your body will generate its own light in form of ultraweak photon emissions (UPEs), something needed during winter months. It also makes your mitochondria healthier.

I know holidays come up and the festivities with them require a deviation on my part which is fine. I learned this summer that sunrise is the numero uno lever to always pull to keep on the circadian, quantum wagon. You’ll be more resilient and still enjoy time with loved ones and make new friends.

Your training should be decentralized if possible. Sometimes you’ll find you’re short on time or without access. So what to do?

Do lunges and jump rope.

-Lunges for strength and the other for cardio effect and training rest of the leg.

Alternate between the two for the time available.

1min lunge into 1min jump rope for 20minutes. Quality reps.

Go to an Oregon coffee shop. They’re around.

Best diet - what ever is local and in season that you can sustain

Best nutrient - sunlight. Nothing compares. This above all else and everything follows.

Consider how in a two party system (D, R), neither parties can stop printing currency because it is the most expedient way to advance the winning party's agenda while they are in power, and failing to do so will forfeit their "fight to death" competition to the other party.

Now you understand why Trump is competing with the progressive alliance with UN/Davos's attempt at resetting the West under a Beijing-inspired #DigitalIdentity State, as opposed to thwarting the entire idea.

We want him to go to war with it for freedom's sake, but instead he's going to "win" the contest by ensuring the future of high tech governance goes to the US/Palantir order instead of being submitted to a transnational woke, green euro-globalism.

Trump wants an "America First" #DigitalIdentity State because he believes that that is the form of the most dominant government on the other side of this reset, and failing to due so will forfeit the US's dominance on the world stage.

He's not willing to play a different game *entirely*, although the inclusion of #Bitcoin certainly promises to maintain more dignity for the average household than what is experienced in China and Europe, and could be used to ultimately set those blocs back precipitously.

Trump wants to win reset, and that means accepting #DigitalIdentity as the cornerstone primitive of future governance and public/private interoperability.

Just like with covid, the best posture is one that allows the latest adoption of any agenda primitives, like #DigitalIdentity and stablecoins.

Getting to the Blue Standdards in 4 years is a challenge but achievable.

Getting the minimum requirements on half of the items would be a great start in the first year of training.

Nirmal Purja stands out as one of the fittest people. You maybe saw the film 14 Peaks.

This guy trained and was selected into the Gurkhas and Special Boat Service. Then he summits 14 of the 8000er (meters) in six months and six days. This has since been broken but this guy is still doing mountain summits.

There’s a few scenes where he Carries other climbers- already a feat to do so with your own gear but then fireman carry someone else your size at that altitude is wild.

Freak guy. I think Jack Kruse was onto something with the Sherpas and their mitochondria.
