Replying to Avatar High Heel King

Is it possible to have "private" nostr accounts where you control who can and can't follow you? I think a lot of people value that element of Instagram/Twitter/Facebook. I'd feel safer posting pics on #olas, for instance, if I knew only people I trust can see my photos.

Maybe an image server could whitelist npubs. What would be cool is if apps allowed you to select which relays to post a particular post to. Post A goes everywhere my account connects to. Post B only goes to relays 3 and 7. Etc.
