#endometriosis

Oh my that's precise😄🙏🫂 Btw husband told me there's now research on carnivore helping pain of pms and allegedly endometrial tremendously. If you felt like torturing yourself some more.
Yeah I’ve heard both (to eat meat and to avoid meat)
It’s very confusing. I’m just following a mostly anti-inflammatory diet for now 🤷♀️
My belief is that it also comes from (childhood) trauma, like bad daughter-father relationship and bad psyche altogether. There must be a reason why we have this cancerous lump of evil literally where life should be.
That’s interesting. I certainly had a crazy childhood so perhaps 🤷♀️ multiple women in my family have it
Trauma is generational, this is generational...🤷🏻♀️
Well hey. You may not be a doctor, but so far you’ve done more research than most into the cause 😂
I think nostr:nprofile1qqsxvhnx0t935h3avqw2uqalq2ulzp250srsqeatqe3u2en2rh9vrvcppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0yl39xf works with some professionals even. I'm not sure, it's long ago.
Well you know well, I'm reminded every month. After kids there are some absolutely ok months without knife inside and it's a fuckin vacation.
Yesss I follow her and found her account right before my laparoscopy
Actually I tried a lot things mentioned before. And to be honest, I am not sure which one helps 😅
My doctor is specilist and she adviced me to avoid gluten, sugar, lactose, alcohol and soya (well I love milk so I still drink it), so I ate mostly carnivore. I also went for gynecology-physioteraphy, laparoscopy, change my life style a bit, read books etc. I even try some "witch" - but she was just witch and didn't help me. But it seems at the end it helps somehow and I didn't have any major symptoms for 6 months. 🙏 Now I am dealing with other symptoms (🤰), but they are not that horrible as endo could be.
I would like to share all these experience so in summer we have week trainings for youth workers about this topic - so they can spread the word (we will have experts from that field there). I still think lot people don't know what endometriosis is and do not understand people who suffer from it.
I am super curious to know how it goes! My husband and I were talking about trying next year (🤰🏼) but I’m nervous with the endo and I’m scared to come off the hormones
Me too. Even if anything happens, I am glad for each day where everything is ok 🙏
I didn't take hormones for 5 years (before I take them for 5 years but not because of endo).
Good luck 🤞
this is true! also beef liver does incredible things during your period!
I giggled at the meme but I hope you feel better soon because that's nothing to laugh about
There’s humor in everything 😂🫂
