Looks like a wallet problem. Do you have Muun maybe?
I do not.
I sent you 21 sats and everything was fine.
However, if you want to send sats reliably it's always a good idea to have a self-custody wallet like Muun.
Btw. do you have at least 500-1000 sats on your WOS?
